Baking soda removes excessive oil from your skin and acts as an astringent. Mix baking powder with equal amount of water to form a thick paste. Apply the face mask and wash it after drying. You can also add sea salt to the mixture before application. Adding of sea salt will soothe the inflamed cysts.

Tea Tree Oil: Tea tree oil is a popular agent in various medicine systems. It has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties. Due to these properties, it is effective in clearing the acne  infection. To treat cystic acne, mix 1 part of tea tree oil with 9 parts of water and apply this solution to the acne. The oil is very strong and if you have highly sensitive skin, oil must be mixed with more water for extra dilution.

Natural Clay: Apply mask of natural clay mixed with water to help the skin impurities to come to the surface area. Put this mask once a week. It helps reduce acne, speeds up the healing process and reduces the chances of scarring.

Apple Cider Vinegar: Using apple cider vinegar as a face wash can clear bacteria of your skin and also soothe the skin. This solution can be used for topical use as well as internal use too. Drinking 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar mixed with water can clear cystic acne.

Honey and Cinnamon Powder: 3 tablespoon honey mixed with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder can be one of the effective natural remedies to treat cystic acne. Honey mixed with egg white can prove to be an effective remedy for cystic acne too.

Honey and Aspirin: Aspirin tablets have salicyclic acid, which is effective in opening the clogged pores as well as it is a mild exfoliant.  Couple of crushed aspirin tablets should be mixed with water to form a paste and apply it evenly over the face. Rinse off after it dries. Pat dry the skin and apply thin layer of honey. Honey is a natural moisturizer and works as an anti-bacterial agent.

Toothpaste: Apply toothpaste (not a gel toothpaste) over the cysts and leave it overnight. This can reduce the size of cysts and also soothe the inflammation.

Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera gel is effective in reducing the swelling and redness of the cysts. Apply the gel gently over the cysts and after drying rinse off with warm water.

Cabbage Hot Compress: Heating cabbage leaves and giving hot compress to the cystic acne can drain the pus and speeds healing. This is one of the most effective ways to treat cystic acne.
